Discussions on the creation of “men’s maternity leave” .

I don’t know why the labor union is so vehemently opposed to it. I’ve been working on “Ikumen Project”( for about 10 years now, and I don’t remember they ever creating a positive movement for men to participate in child rearing. If that’s the case, I want to say, what’s the point of their existence?
Well, I am opposed from all sides, but I definitely want to make it happen.
I want to reduce the number of mothers who are thrown into solo parenting right after birth.
I want to reduce the number of fathers who let their wives do the solo parenting and think it’s natural for them to do so, and I want to reduce the number of companies that want their employees to have that attitude.
